How to report an issue

Ask users to include the app name, Android version, device model, app version, and a short video or screenshot when possible. This reduces back-and-forth and speeds up fixes.

  • Describe what happened and what you expected.
  • Include steps to reproduce the issue.
  • Add screenshots, error text, or screen recordings if available.
  • Mention whether the issue happens on Wi-Fi, mobile data, or offline.
